10/05/2013 · I bought the HP Envy Ultrabook from a local Best Buy in August. Every time I unplug my charger my computer shuts down. It works with the charger plugged in, but that gets extremely annoying. I can't take the battery out of the laptop because it would require me to take off the entire bottom half. I believe it is a problem with the battery, but I'm not 100%.
