my ipod will turn on and stay on only when plugged into just a wall outlet as opposed to the computer. When i try to turn it on while its unplugged the screen just flashes in and out. Apple logo comes on when i try to restart it but turns off right away. Battery registers as being fully charged when plugged into the wall outlet. Wont show up on the computer no matter which usb port i plug it
